We love teaching Jiu-Jitsu to everyone – starting from 3 years old, up to as old as you can personally train.

Training at Island Jiu-Jitsu means that you will learn all of the details to positions, regardless of your belt rank or experience. Everyone is supported and encouraged to perform at their best.

Oregon

Bringing the island to Portland

Island Jiu-Jitsu Oregon carries the same standard set by Professor Jason Vigil and the original Island Jiu-Jitsu academy. Our home is inside Flow State MMA at 5802 SE 92nd Ave in Portland, with Sunday classes opening at the Lake Oswego Recreation Center this winter.
